Heller 1800 EXL Convection Oven - 10 Top/ 8 Bottom Zones capable of handling your most demanding Pb Free (Rohs Compliant) Assemblies. We can reflow single/double sided SMT boards ranging from 0.010" to 0.125" thick laminates. We can profile just about any component to insure process requirements are met. Two Philips Pick and Place systems feed Heller oven. |
